It started as a Mother/Daughter trip, with three lovely Mom’s who offered their three lovely daughters a trip to Provence for their 39ish birthdays. The three moms were friends and the three daughters had known each other since grade school, but now live in three different cities, so it was a natural reunion for all six. And then two separate friends who knew each other, but not the rest of the group, decided to join in and the trip was full. As always, Linda was their “camp director” and the trip took off, on a beautiful Saturday in June.

Meg and I were there just before, as the trip coincided with one of our frequent shopping trips to the South of France. We were excited with the renovations at Les Murets and dying to be flies on the wall when the ladies first arrived. It didn’t take long for the texts to start flying: “Ladies thrilled and all so nice” “ladies getting along famously” “great group off to a great start” while Meg, who knew one of the campers, was getting her own set of raving texts. We knew it would be a great trip and we just wished we could stay and enjoy the fun.

Merci to these extra special Mothers and Daughters and BFF’s for bonding and enjoying this trip to the hilt. As we say au revoir, we hope you continue to relish the memories of a wonderful week together in Provence. And please, next time count us in!
Ta ta,
HH
