Ever since expanding our home decor offerings to include a baby section here at HHH, we’ve all become savvy on the subject of nurseries. We’re fluent in dressers that can double as changing tables, adept at picking out the perfect etagere to display sweet little treasures and quick with a shower gift request. I am extra grateful for all this Huffington knowledge as my November due date looms closer (It’s me, Emily from the starter home post!) and plans for the nursery are in full swing. Drawing inspiration from talented designers and their chic baby spaces has been so fun. Here are some of my favorites:

Our cute little pom pom bins would look right at home in this room!

The Lucite crib is hot right now and designer Amy Berry showcases it beautifully in this charming gender-neutral nursery. Double gliders and a substantial ottoman make it a cozy space to hang out with baby.

All moms have told me that a good glider is a have-to-have. This swivel and rocking version can be upholstered or slip-covered (oui, please!) in a variety of sturdy fabrics. Add the ottoman and you’re all set!

Another example of how a Lucite crib works beautifully in a nursery. This little boy’s room is filled with personal touches and the Hunt Slonem bunnies fabric is such a fun pop!

An awkward closet space was converted into the most stylish little changing cabana by Luxe Report Designs. A vintage bar cart serves as the changing table while scalloped drapery and stripes up the whimsy factor in this nursery with plenty of Florida flair.

We’re big fans of furniture pulling double duty and love the idea of using a satuese chest or antique dresser to store baby-sized necessities and also provide a surface for changing table essentials.

Designer Andrew Howard spins sunny magic in this nursery bursting with special details. With monogrammed linens, pom pom trim and sweet sconces we’re sure its little resident loves their lair.

No nursery is complete without a cute plush accoutrement!

It’s never too early to introduce your little one to fine art! A sentimental work is something that can grow with them and give them a start to their collection. Here, Ashley Schoenith of Heirloomed Collection incorporates a handsome Dawne Raulet buck into her baby boy’s nursery.

Cue the “aww!”s with a sweet piece like Angela Nesbit’s “Sister Time.”

If color is at the top of your list for nursery design, look no further than this vibrant room by Bailey McCarthy. You can’t go wrong with a classic spindle crib from Jenny Lind (available at our local baby favorite, B. Braithwaite!) and a fun canopy to boot.

Whether your style is a nod to neutral or prints and patterns galore, I hope you’ve enjoyed these chic nurseries! Make sure to visit us at Huff Harrington Home or shop us here for all things baby. We love helping moms-to-be, grandmothers and friends find just the thing for their newest addition!
Ta ta,
